RODOLFO WALSH PRIZE 
President Hugo Chavez received the award Rodolfo Walsh.En the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. We did not have access (although the accreditation confirmed) the industry press for not being carriers of profession, in the end we thought the communication was made popular> But we understand also that our dear Hugo Chavez can explain better than us that this is the people power, not about banners or "alliances" and partisanship is a cultural action, in our America respecting the people who often did not have access to college and still needs to be expressed. Congratulations to Florence Saintout, dean of the University, this distinction given to the representative of Bolivar in America
